I just wanted to make sure I stopped in to say...
MERRY CHRISTMAS
to everyone! I hope you all have a fantastic holiday!
I have been reading posts and will catch up with comments and a post of my own tomorrow night. I'm sure there will be lots of stories to tell about Olivia's First Christmas!

White Christmas
So with the nearly two feet of snow we received today, it looks like it will be a white Christmas this year. Well...maybe a dirtyish white Christmas since the snow will have been on the ground for five days by Friday. This was Bean's first big snow storm so we decided to bundle her up and take her outside for a few minutes. We intended to make a snowman, but the snow was way too fluffy so we must wait for a soggy, wet snow. Bleck.
All bundled up and hating it...
First "walk" through the snow.
Bean Angel!
She LOVED it! I wish her eyes were open in this picture!
Laughing and trying to catch flakes in her mouth!

Cradle Robber
I know that many of my readers out there in blogger space aren't twilight fans, but I do think that you can all appreciate this:

...except for the MINOR fact that he IS a minor. He is unfortunately only 17 (he'll be 18 in February) but I don't think that I am alone in thinking that he is mighty fine.
Why didn't 17 year olds look like that when I was a teenager? Taylor Swift is one lucky girl! :)

New York City
This past weekend, Hubs and I stayed in my stepfather's uncle's apartment in New York City. Our Christmas present to each other was to see a Broadway show. We didn't want to make a deal about Christmas this year because we wanted to be able to spoil Bean. We drove down early Saturday morning in the awful rain storm and made it there about noon. It rained in NYC all day, even a few flakes fell!

What we did:
...went to see The Lion King on Broadway! It was our first trip to Broadway and we definitely made a great choice of show I think! It was amazing! So different from the animated movie, but in a wonderful way. I bought a Scar ornament from the show, but I love it too much to weigh down my Christmas tree branches with it, so I hung it on the wall for year-round love.

What we did:
- Saw Rockefeller Tree
- Ate some cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery (from Sex & the City)
- Had bagels from Murray's Bagels
- Ate at Juniors Restaurant
- Drank some amazing hot chocolate made with steamed milk
- Walked around Central Park
- Shopped at FAO Schwartz
- Mastered the Subway System
- People watched in Times Square
- Saw the Empire State Building from the roof of the apartment

Moving On Up
Today was our annual reviews at work. I always get nervous for these, but I usually do pretty well, so I guess I should learn to stop worrying.
I got a raise of $1.50 so I now make $18.50 an hour, which isn't bad considering that I don't have a degree. I also got a bonus of two weeks pay so I will get to use that to pay down some of my credit cards!
Hope you are all having a FABulous week! I wanted to stop in and share my joy :)
